Free Screenings

The screening questionnaires that follow provide a means of identifying learning problems that may be causing a student to struggle to learn.  Once you have completed the relevant questionnaire(s), you may submit them to receive a free half-hour Telephone Consultation.

AUDITORY PROCESSING SCREENING

Auditory processing problems affect reading skills, comprehension, ability to concentrate in a distracting environment, ability to learn from verbal teaching and follow directions, speech, communication, and memory.  This screening can identify undiagnosed auditory processing issues impacting a student's ability to learn.

VISUAL PROCESSING SCREENING

HEALTH HISTORY SCREENING

The causes of learning probems can often be found in early childhood health problems and traumas, as well as in nutritional deficiencies, environmental toxicity, food sensitivities, and genetic susceptibility.

Many children today are being labeled “ADD/ADHD”, based on their behavioral symptoms. However, as this symptoms comparison chart demonstrates, many symptoms that commonly result in a diagnosis of ADD or ADHD may be caused by learning problems such as dyslexia, visual processing problems, and auditory processing problems.
